Case Report: Angioleiomyoma of the Spermatic Cord: A Rare Scrotal Mass

Abstract: We report a case of angioleiomyoma of the spermatic cord. Tumours arising from the spermatic cord are rare and most of them are benign. The commonest are lipomas with sarcomas being the predominant malignant variety. This is the first reported case of angioleiomyoma of the spermatic cord.
