Abstract: BackgroundA duplicated middle cerebral artery (DMCA) is an anatomical variant that includes duplication of the middle cerebral artery (MCA) and an anomalous vessel originating between the anterior choroidal artery (AChA) and the distal end of the internal carotid artery (ICA).
