Abstract:High-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) is the most common type of epithelial ovarian cancer with insidious onset, rapid growth, and invasive spread. Here, we reported the diagnosis and treatment of a 53-year-old patient with a history of hysterectomy aided by the 68 Ga-FAPI PET/MR scan.
