Abstract: Dopa-responsive dystonia (DRD), also known as Segawa syndrome, is a phenotypically and genetically heterogeneous group of neurological disorders that typically presents as early-onset lower limb dystonia with diurnal fluctuation, and exhibits a marked, persistent response to levodopa.
