Case report: Levodopa-responsive parkinsonism with akinetic mutism after ventriculo-peritoneal shunt

Abstract: BackgroundParkinsonism and akinetic mutism (AM) following ventriculo-peritoneal shunt (VPS) without underdrainage used to be considered rare, but may be underdiagnosed in daily clinical practice.
