Case report: Misdiagnosis of accessory spleen in the left adrenal region as an adrenal tumour after splenectomy

Abstract: BackgroundAdrenal tumours are common in urology and endocrinology, and the diagnosis of adrenal tumours were mainly depends on imaging diagnosis.
