Case Report of a 10 cm Subdued Abdominal Mass: Diagnosis and Management of a Rare Primitive Mesenteric Leiomyosarcoma

Abstract: Introduction: Specific management schemes of the exceedingly rare primitive mesenchymal leiomyosarcomas do not exist. Reporting their behavior and management is necessary to be able to construct evidence-based directives.
