Case Report of Adult-Onset Vitelliform Macular Dystrophy

Abstract: Adult-onset vitelliform macular dystrophy is a bilateral dystrophy characterized by round subretinal yellow macular lesions. The dystrophy manifests between the third and fifth decades of life and has a variable genetic inheritance.
