Abstract:Fungal septic arthritis can occur in immunosuppressed patients, and Aspergillus fumigatus is the most common pathogen involved. Here we describe a case of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia with knee joint fungal septic arthritis. This differential should be kept in mind as late detection and treatment can lead to permanent disability.
