Case Report of Necrotizing Fasciitis in a Patient With Hyperglycemia

Abstract: Necrotizing fasciitis is an important disease caused by multiple bacteria resulting in necrosis of the skin and soft tissue. Swelling, discoloration and bullae formation may be observed in the affected area. The presence of crepitation under the skin on palpation is a warning sign for necrotizing fasciitis.
