Case Report: Pancreatic adenocarcinoma presenting as acute obstructive suppurative pancreatic ductitis

Abstract: Acute obstructive suppurative pancreatic ductitis (AOSPD) is a rare form of infection primarily arising within the pancreatic duct in the setting of chronic pancreatitis.
