Abstract:Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumour (IMT), also known as plasma cell granuloma (PCG) or inflammatory pseudotumour (IPT), is a distinctive, rarely metastasizing neoplasm composed of myofibroblastic and fibroblastic spindle cells accompanied by inflammatory infiltration of plasma cells, lymphocytes and/or eosinophils.
