Abstract:The period of time between extraction and recovery following tooth loss in the esthetic zone can be awful to the patient's appearance and mental health. A suitable alternative to extraction and replacement of a maxillary anterior tooth is quick tooth replacement with an ovate pontic on a temporary fixed partial denture.
