Abstract:Currently, immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) are the mainstay of treatment for Lynch syndrome patients. However, the tumor regression features in radiology and pathology are inconsistent for patients who are treated with ICIs, which sometimes confuses surgical decision-making.
