Case report: Thoracolumbar spinal stenosis associated with alkaptonuria

Abstract: BackgroundAlkaptonuria is a rare autosomal genetic disorder with an incidence of about 1 in 1 million per year. Spinal involvement often manifests in the later stages of the disease.
