Case Report: When Exercise Went Wrong

Abstract: Background: Exercise stress test (EST) is recommended as the first-line investigation in major guidelines. It believed as a safe procedure. However, there is unignorable complications include hospitalisation, acute myocardial infarction and sudden cardiac death.
