Case series on remembering pachydermoperiostosis

Abstract: Pachydermoperiostosis is a rare, autosomal dominant clinical condition characterized by progressive enlargement of hands and feet, which can be surmised as acromegaly. We described pachydermoperiostosis in two families and also we shared the long-term follow up results of patients treated with colchicine, acemetacin, and bisphosphonate.
