Abstract: The transplantation of human pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes (hPSC-CMs) has shown promise in preclinical models of myocardial infarction, but graft myocardium exhibits incomplete host–graft electromechanical integration and a propensity for pro-arrhythmic behavior.
