Patients most commonly presents with hemoptysis, respiratory distress, cough and stridor. The symptoms appear in late phase and often are mistaken for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. This leads to delay in management.Surgery, followed by adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy,is the treatment of choice.
