Abstract:Cassava has a variety of uses, including food, animal feed, and as an industrial raw material for a variety of products. Cassava is more resistant to global climate change, so it will be the food source of the future. Land for cassava cultivation will shift to marginal land in the medium and highlands as a result of land conversion because it cannot compete with high-value food commodities.
