Abstract:Key Clinical MessageOur case depicts a challenging diagnosis of catastrophic antiphospholipid syndrome in a young patient with a heterogenous presentation with extensive clinical course, a wide range of investigations, including multimodality imaging, and multidisciplinary expertise, to initiate prompt treatment addressing multiorgan thrombotic injury.
