Abstract: Inappropriate therapy is a frequent adverse consequence of implantable cardioverter-defibrillator. Inappropriate therapy often occurs due to the misinterpretation of sinus tachycardia or atrial fibrillation/flutter with rapid atrioventricular conduction by the device.
