Catastrophic Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura Accompanying Recurrent Acute Pancreatitis Attacks and Splenic Vein Rupture

Abstract: Acute pancreatitis can be encountered as a rare complication of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura and it has been associated with recurrent thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura.
