Abstract:The uranyl ion in 5‐sulfosalicylic acid (5‐SSA) solution has been investigated by polarography. The constitution of the chelate species was confirmed by conductometric titration, under the experimental conditions: temperature 25±0.1C. pH = 2.0‐9.0. ligand concentration 10‐200 mM.
