Causal analysis of employer attitude formation toward employing individuals with psychiatric disabilities

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Several studies have shown that the structure of employer attitudes toward employing individuals with psychiatric disabilities was multidimensional, but none has clarified the causal relationships within the employer attitude structure.
