“…According to recently released data from the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH, 2020), statistics show that from 2015 to 2019, about a 116% increase in accident cases. The main causes of accidents are working in high, unsafe work practices or conditions, and failure of structure (Ismail & Othman, 2021). This research is critical because it aims to determine the relationship between poor supervisory behavior and worker safety, as well as their dimensions and indicators (questionnaire items), to provide clear instructions and recommendations to construction practitioners about how supervisors may influence worker safety behavior.…”
