Abstract:Case: Cavernous hemangioma, an uncommon benign vascular lesion, can affect different joints. It generally presents as atraumatic swelling over the joint with normal radiographic ndings. We present a case of a healthy 5-year-old girl with chronic knee pain over the anteromedial aspect following minor trauma.
