CBA strain mice as a model of spontaneous carcinogenesis

Abstract: The review analyzes some parameters of CBA mice-males as model of spontaneous carcinogenesis characterizing adhesive and adaptive disorders. A weakening of the hepatocytes mutual adhesiveness force was noted already in early ontogenesis (5–10 days of postnatal development). This violation persisted and enhanced during hepatocarcinogenesis.
