To take just a few examples, we have previously shown that some cases of Sézary syndrome, a T-cell disease, may express antigens of the natural-killer lineage (CD56, CD57, and granzyme B) (Matos et al, 2018) and that very rare cases of hairy cell leukemia, a B-cell disease, may express the CD2 antigen (Matos, 2023).
