CD300a blockade enhances efferocytosis by infiltrating myeloid cells and ameliorates neuronal deficit after ischemic stroke

Abstract: CD300a blockade ameliorates stroke pathology through enhancing efferocytosis in the brain by infiltrating myeloid cells.
