Complementary, marrow donor-derived peripheral blood T-lymphocyte infusions enable consistent hematopoietic engraftment in lethally irradiated dog leukocyte antigen (DLA)-haploidentical littermate recipients, but at the cost of severe graft versus host disease (GVHD).
