Cefaclor Af Versus Amoxycillin/Clavulanate in Acute Bacterial Exacerbations of Chronic Bronchitis: A Randomised Multicentre Study

Abstract: SUMMARYCefaclor and amoxycillin/clavulanate are active against Haemophilus influenzae, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Moraxella catarrhalis and Staphylococcus aureus ‐ pathogens commonly associated with acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis (AECB).
