Abstract: BackgroundToxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) is the most serious type of drug eruption, which is often caused by adverse drug reactions and is characterized by acute onset and rapid progression. TNE usually causes extensive skin and mucosal damage in a short period of time. The whole body can spread flaccid blisters and large area of epidermolysis.
