Abstract: Clinical carbapenemase-positive Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains showing pan-β-lactam resistance had stabilizing mutations in penicillin-binding protein-3. Cefiderocol however showed efficacy with low MIC-values due to multi-target specificity.
