Cefotaxime: A Reappraisal in Lower Respiratory Tract Infections

Abstract: Lower respiratory Tract Infection (LRTI) is one of the fourth most common cause of mortality across the globe, and constitutes to be a major portion in critically ill patients associated with prolonged hospitalisation.
