“…These results are in discordance with studies recently published including a recent metaanalysis that found improved LR rates with neo-RT and adj-RT. 8,9 The heterogeneity in histologic subtypes, tumor grade, and resection status constitute well known potential sources for variability in the responses to radiotherapy.
