Multi-detector computed tomography angiography (MDCTA) is a relatively new, fast and easy to perform imaging modality which can accurately demonstrate the abdominal aorta and its branches by replacing the use of DSA [4].We describe two cases of common CMT demonstrated by MDCTA and confirmed by DSA.
