Abstract:Innovations in sustainable biomanufacturing are made possible by cell-free synthetic biology advances. Cell-free workflows frequently combine purified enzymes with cell extracts for cell-free protein synthesis processes to create and analyze biosynthetic pathways and synthesize therapeutics.
