Cell migration guidance by using optical micropatterns

Abstract: We used static and dynamic optical micropatterns to guide the migration of adherent cells. With 0.2 W/cm 2 intensity and a 2.8 μm/h pattern speed, 70% of the tested cells were guided along an optical pattern.
