Cell Survival Investigation of Two Types of Autological Osteoplastic Materials in Spine Fusion Procedures

Abstract: Objectives. To compare the survival rate of «bone chip» cells and native transplant automixture by evaluating the architectonics of cell membranes. Material and methods. Autograft in the form of a native graft automixture obtained using a «bone dust filtering device» and «bone chips» obtained using Kerrison rongeurs in 6 patients operated for degenerative diseases of the spine.
