Abstract: Peptide coacervates self‐assembling via liquid‐liquid phase separation are appealing intracellular delivery vehicles of macromolecular therapeutics (proteins, DNA, mRNA) owing to their non‐cytotoxicity, high encapsulation capacity, and efficient cellular uptake.
