Central Primary Fibrosarcoma Maxilla - A Rare Presentation

Abstract: Fibrosarcoma is a malignant neoplasm of fibroblastic origin and rarely affects the maxilla. This case of primary fibrosarcoma maxilla in a 60 year old male describes histopathological pattern and its differential diagnosis with IHC. The patient was treated with partial maxillectomy. The patient presented with recurrence after 8 months of resection. This case is being submitted for its rarity.
