Abstract:We describe the clinical case of a man in the fifth decade of life with visual loss in his left eye without improvement since 2006, followed by a decreased visual acuity in 2017. The ophthalmic evaluation revealed bitemporal hemianopsia. A tumor in the pituitary gland was confirmed by a computed tomography scan and histopathological study.
