Cerebellar Tumor Like Lesion in a Patient With Neurosarcoidosis

Abstract: Sarcoidosis is a systemic granulomatous inflammatory disease that affects multiple organs, most commonly the lungs and lymph nodes. Neurosarcoidosis usually affects the nervous system with no clear systemic involvement.
