Cerebral edema secondary to psychogenic polydipsia induced by tandospirone as add-on to olanzapine therapy

Abstract: Psychogenic polydipsia is not a rare complication in patients with schizophrenia, and has been recognized as a dangerous and potentially life-threatening disorder.
