Abstract: Stroke, one of the leading causes of global morbidity and mortality, results from disrupted cerebral blood circulation, leads to cellular damage or death. Ischemic stroke, the predominant subtype, relies mainly on recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rtPA) and endovascular thrombectomy for the treatment.
