Cerebro-meningeal infections in HIV-infected patients: a study of 116 cases in Libreville, Gabon

Abstract: Background: Cerebro-meningeal pathology is common in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection and the aetiology is often difficult to ascertain with certainty.
