Abstract:A 6-month-old boy presented with painless right hemiscrotal swelling. The scrotal ultrasound revealed a cerebrospinal fluid hydrocele caused by the migration of a ventriculoperitoneal shunt (VPS) catheter tip into the right hemiscrotum and associated undescended left testis.
