Cervical Endometriosis Cyst Complicated with HPV Infection and CIN I:A Case and Review of Literature

Abstract: Asymptomatic and perimenopausal women with cervical endometriosis can expect treatment; Patients with milder symptoms are usually managed conservatively with medications, and those with large lesions or significant clinical symptoms require surgery, which is curative in the vast majority of cases postoperatively. Cervical endometriosis is associated with HPV infection and cervical lesions, but further research is still needed to determine their relationship and mechanism.
