Abstract: Case: We present a case of a 67-year-old female patient with concomitant cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) and Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS). Surgical intervention, including cervical decompression and arthrodesis, was performed to address cervical myelopathy symptoms.
